Happy Friday! And to top it off, today's the first day of fall! I love fall... it's my favorite season! I think I'm going to go get a Pumpkin Spice Latte today! :D To celebrate the first day of Fall, I wanted to use something.... fall-ish! So, here's the other Julep that I got in my Intro Boho box....
Julep Olivia!

Olivia reminds me of Hershey's dark chocolate! Gorgeous dark brown creme, 2 coats. The nail color does match the bottle color, but it was laying down in my Melmer and it settled on the side... I couldn't shake it out!
Now, for the bummer. Not a HUGE bummer, but I felt like sharing anyway. With one of my credits, I ordered Julep's Fast Dry Topcoat. I have to say, I'm not impressed. After 20 minutes, my nails were still smudge-able. I finally added some China Glaze Fast Foward Topcoat to finish the drying process. I can't say I'm too thrilled with it! That being said, I love their polishes, and their base coat.
Happy first day of fall!
What's your favorite season, and why?
EDIT!
A follower suggested I layer Sally Hansen Pumpkin Spice over it, and I just couldn't wait to share! GORGEOUS!
Mary just saved Pumpkin Spice from being swapped away... I LOVE THIS!
That is soooo gorgeous! What a perfect fall color!

I love fall too! This color is awesome on you. Do you have SH Pumpkin Spice? I bet it would look great layered over this too!
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies!
ReplyDeleteMary, that is a GREAT idea! I'm gonna do that right now!! It might save PS from being swapped!
WOW! That last picture is unbelievable! I'm so glad I saved Pumpkin Spice from going in the swap bin!
ReplyDeleteI like Pumpkin Spice over a brown much more than I like it over a black. Seeing it over a black just looks like Halloween night to me vs a fall shade.
ReplyDeleteSuper great combo! I have only seen the SH over black but this looks great over the brown!
ReplyDeleteI love this combo! I really need to get a nice brown cream for the fall!
