First, I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen Whirlwind White. Then, I used the Color Club Poptastic collection to sponge a rainbow gradient across all 5 fingers. Finally, I did a watermarble with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Black Out and China Glaze White Cap. White Cap is sheer enough when marbled that the neon polish shows through underneath!
So neat and fun!! I never want to take this off, seriously!! I think the next time I do a marble like this, I'll use China Glaze Fairy Dust... That would look so neat against the bright colors! You have got to go try a marble like this. Right NOW!
