I picked this beauty up at Sally's not too long ago... I'm so glad I did!
Orly Bubbly Bombshell is filled with magenta/purple glitters in a clear base...Two different sizes! This had great coverage for a glitter... Only 2 coats was needed! So shiny, bright and happy! I can't wait to use it's green sister!

Butter London Victoriana + A huge THANKS!
OMG! Yesterday, I reached 500 followers!! 500 followers?! I am so excited! Thank you all so much for following my blog! Thank you to the girls that comment as much as you do! (Even if I don't respond, I do read and LOVE every comment!!) I am putting together a little giveaway to say THANKS, so keep your eyes peeled!
Something else exciting... I got a new camera today! I just wasn't happy with the way my pictures were turning out... I wanted a camera with more options and better quality photos. So, I bought a Nikon Coolpix p500. Way more than I wanted to spend, but when I played with it in the store, I just couldn't pass it up! So, No Buy October starts today! After playing with it at home, I am so happy with my purchase! For the first pictures taken with my sparkly new camera, I decided to use one of my new Butter London pretties from Ulta's recent sale... My first Butter London, Victoriana!
Butter London Victoriana is a gorgeous blue... almost like a dusty light teal... with a beautiful silver shimmer throughout. It's stunning, but what's even better? This is ONE coat. I just love one coaters!
What do you think of the new pictures? Also, did you get any Butter Londons?
Don't forget to email me your entry for my Apothica Giveaway! It ends on October 1st!

Revlon Not So Blueberry
Hey guys! A pretty one to show you today... Revlon Not So Blueberry! This color is seriously gorgeous... and it's scented! It smells like.... if there was a Blueberry Jolly Rancher. It's awesome!
This is a gorgeous lavender frost with light blue duo-chrome. It also seems to have some pretty silver flecks through out. This is 2 coats, although I could have gotten away with 1. 2 coats definitely made the scent stronger! Gorgeous gorgeous! This is definitely one of my favorite polishes in my collection!

"Woah~ Amber is the color of your energy~"
Hey guys! I hope you're having a wonderful start to the weekend! The weather here has been absolutely gorgeous... Fall is in the air!
China Glaze In Awe of Amber: I picked this gem up at Sally's on clearance for $1.99. It reminds me of crystalized honey! So beautiful. It was just a tad bit sheer at 3 coats.
Today's post is full of Amber Spam! My "Amber Polish" collection started with Zoya Amber... but this week, I found two more! Revlon Alluring Amber, and China Glaze In Awe of Amber! I guess I'm lucky that my mom named me a name that is also a pretty color! (Thanks mom!)

Zoya Amber: When I first started LOVING Zoya, I knew I had to get this color! Zoya describes her as "a soft gold frost metallic with strong amber-orange undertones and a fine gold shimmer". I love it! So soft and pretty! At 3 coats, there was still just a bit of VNL.
Revlon Alluring Amber: A super bright, pumpkin orange. This one definitely leans more orange than amber. Great, super-pigmented coverage at just 2 coats. This one would be great for stamping!
I hope you all enjoyed the spam of me! And, for your listening enjoyment:

Julep Olivia + Sally Hansen Pumpkin Spice
Happy Friday! And to top it off, today's the first day of fall! I love fall... it's my favorite season! I think I'm going to go get a Pumpkin Spice Latte today! :D To celebrate the first day of Fall, I wanted to use something.... fall-ish! So, here's the other Julep that I got in my Intro Boho box.... Julep Olivia!
Olivia reminds me of Hershey's dark chocolate! Gorgeous dark brown creme, 2 coats. The nail color does match the bottle color, but it was laying down in my Melmer and it settled on the side... I couldn't shake it out!

| Sunlight |
Now, for the bummer. Not a HUGE bummer, but I felt like sharing anyway. With one of my credits, I ordered Julep's Fast Dry Topcoat. I have to say, I'm not impressed. After 20 minutes, my nails were still smudge-able. I finally added some China Glaze Fast Foward Topcoat to finish the drying process. I can't say I'm too thrilled with it! That being said, I love their polishes, and their base coat.

OPI DS Desire
Oh, be still, my heart!
OPI DS Desire... Gorgeous caramel brown holo. Beautiful! Great coverage at 2 coats. As expensive as they are, I love me some OPI DS. I got a good few of these gorgeous holo babies recently, so you'll be seeing some holo-ey goodness from me!
Have a great day! :)

Pink Wednesday: Zoya Drew
Happy Pink Wednesday! Another Zoya Untried for you today.... Zoya Drew!
To doll it up a bit, I added a daisy with my dotting tools, using Zoya Pippa and Snow White. I love this simple, classy mani!
What's on your nails for this Pink Wednesday?
Zoya describes Drew as "a very slightly grayed pink rose toned mauve with subtle gold and pink metallic shimmer". I am loving this shade! A very classic pink... so deep and beautiful! 2 coats.

It's that time of the month: My September Birchbox
Yay! I love boxes!
Colorscience Pro Mineral Powder Sunscreen: I'm intrigued! I use Bare Minerals, so I'm excited to see how this measures up to Mineral Veil.
All in all, I'm pleased with this month's box. With the exception of the Face cream, I would use all of it! :D
Which box did you get?
Incoco Nail Polish Applique: Yay nail stuff! Mine are pink and leopardy! Can't wait to try these.
Jouer Lip Enhancer: Excited to see more Jouer stuff... I loved the last one! This one is a lip plumper/conditioner all in one... I really like it! The tube is tiny, so I'll go through it quick.
Jurlique Age Defying Firm and Lift Cream: Meh, I probably won't use this much.
Salvatore Ferragamo perfume: I love it! Very flowery!
Friendship Bracelet: A cute little extra! I love the charm. :)

China Glaze Halloween 2011 Collection
Hey guys! The other day, my sister got me a present... The China Glaze Halloween set! Yay!
China Glaze's Halloween 2011 collection includes: It's Alive, Ghoulish Glow, Black Mesh, and Fast Forward Topcoat.
First, about the Fast Forward Topcoat.... I'm kinda loving it! It really did dry very quickly... This is going to be one of my go-to top coats now, along with Out The Door and Poshe. I dare say, I kinda like it better than Out The Door!
On to the swatches!
Ghoulish Glow: I layered one coat of Ghoulish Glow over It's Alive before I crackled it. A -very- subtle difference... it slightly changed the way the crackle crackled. I tried to find the glow under that black crackle, and I couldn't see it. I assume that I just didn't have enough. I know it glows, because the bottle glows. I'll be doing a post on it in the next few days, to compare to OPI's Glow in the Dark. I love glow-y! :D
Over all, a fun collection. I know there are 2 more polishes that were released, but I haven't seen them yet. I love It's Alive... I think China Glaze needs to make some more glitters like this!
Who can't wait for Halloween?! I know I can't! ;)
Oh, and just for fun, here are some pictures of me from this weekend... My baby sister colored my hair for me! I'm loving it! And I got to feed a Lorikeet at the zoo! :D

It's Alive: Moss/Olive Green glitter in a similar colored base. Reminiscent of last year's Zombie Zest, but with more pow. Lots more glitter in It's Alive, and 2 different size of glitter, where as Zombie Zest had one size and lots less of it. This is 2 coats.
Black Mesh: Blah blah black crackle blah. You've seen it before. I will say that I love the way this one crackles, rather than the more linear look of OPI's. And it looks neat over It's Alive!

Essence Date with the Night + China Glaze Haute Metal
Happy Saturday! This week flew by for me.... I'm so glad that it's the weekend! I'm also thankful for this awesome weather we've been having this week... Fall is my favorite season, so the fact that it only got up past 70 F one time this week pleases me!
I have been kinda over the whole Crackle Craze for awhile now... but an idea struck me the other day, and I'm actually really in love with this combo! It's not obnoxious looking, like some crackle manicures tend to be.
For the base color, I used Essence (Colour & Go) Date With The Night.
This is one coat of Date With The Night. My mindset must really be going more toward fall, because I'm really digging brown polishes lately. I've never really liked them before, so this is new for me. Date With The Night is a gorgeous, shimmery brown, and as always, you can pick up these little babies at Ulta!
To top it off, I layered on a coat of China Glaze Haute Metal, the pink metallic crackle.
I love it! It makes me think of chocolate covered strawberries..... Or strawberry covered chocolate? ;)
Oh, and by the way, have you entered my Apothica Giveaway yet? Be sure to email me your entry!

Spa Ritual Loving In Pink + Stamping with China Glaze Harmony
Hey guys! Today, I have a really pretty girly manicure to show you! I recently ordered my very first Spa Ritual polishes from Apothica. I've been excited to try their nail polish... I've heard great things! The color I chose today is Loving In Pink, a pretty foil light pink.
Yay girly! :)
By the way, have you noticed the quality in the pictures? I don't know if anyone but me would notice, but I ordered some new lights last week, and I got them in just a few days ago. It's sooo much easier to get good pictures now!
Stay tuned for something special tomorrow! :)
Absolutely gorgeous shade, and wonderful formula! Only 2 coats to be completely opaque, and it was super easy to work with! And above all, NO brush strokes!
I prettied this mani up a bit with the pretty scalloped lace design on my Konad M71 plate. The polish I used is China Glaze Harmony, from the Romantique collection. I really need to get around to getting the rest of this collection... They've all been great for stamping!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Both the lotion and bath salts are infused with the relaxing, intoxicating scent of Chinese Jasmine... a scent I've always been fond of! I haven't had the privilege of taking a bath with the salts yet, but I did treat myself to a foot soak when I did my pedicure... MY, was it wonderful! The lotion is great and moisturizing without being too greasy, and it absorbs very well. In fact, I've found myself using this lotion often! And my husband loves the smell... That's always a plus!
I also have some Spa Ritual polishes that I recently bought from Apothica, so I'll be showing them to you soon! This is my first experience with Spa Ritual products, and I'm definitely impressed!
**These products were sent to me by the company in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.**
Sally Hansen Rockstar Pink + OPI DS Radiance Polka Dots
Hello lovelies! I hope your day is going great! I'm just glad the weekend is over! Here's to a better week. I needed a fun mani to help cheer me up.
This is 2 coats of Sally Hansen Rockstar Pink. A plethora (oooh! Big word!) of glitter... I picked out silver, hot pink, red, and royal blue at the very least. Completely opaque in 2 coats! I have had this for a very long time, and I don't know why I haven't tried it until now!
I stamped on the Polka Dot pattern from Konad M79, using my favorite stamping silver, OPI DS Radiance.
I rather like the finished product! :)
How was your weekend?
