Rainbow Glitter Gradient

Hey guys! I hope you've all got your shopping done! I have one more present to pick up, and then we will be done. I want to pick up a few more things for Zo, but I think we're going to wait until after Christmas. We got her a My Pal Violet (super adorable! It says her name and you can pick the songs it sings... So cute!), a few kids books in French (my husband is teaching her French, so hopefully we can raise her to be bilingual), and a few other things. I can't wait to celebrate her first Christmas!

I have a super fun and cute manicure to show you today. I used TEN polishes to create this adorable manicure, which I will tell you about in a minute. First, PICTURES!

To do this pretty manicure, I started with 2 coats each of (starting at the thumb): Zoya Barbie, Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow, Sally Hansen Mint Sorbet, China Glaze Kinetic Candy, and Sally Hansen Lacey Lilac. Then, using a sponge, I applied (from the thumb): Zoya Gilda, Zoya Tanzy, Zoya Apple, Zoya Crystal, and Zoya Mimi. I love the way it turned out! My favorite combinations are the blue nail and the purple nail... I love the how the gold flecks in Crystal stand out!

I have lots of family stuff to do, starting tomorrow night, so this will probably be my last post before Christmas! Much love to all of you, and I hope you all have a safe and wonderful MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Neon Rainbow Gradient + Black Watermarble = EPIC WIN

Hey guys! I have a super cool manicure to show you today! I got this idea from a YouTube tutorial that was posted on Facebook the other day, but I can't find the video now! If anyone can find it, let me know and I will add it!

First, I used 2 coats of Sally Hansen Whirlwind White. Then, I used the Color Club Poptastic collection to sponge a rainbow gradient across all 5 fingers. Finally, I did a watermarble with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Black Out and China Glaze White Cap. White Cap is sheer enough when marbled that the neon polish shows through underneath!

So neat and fun!! I never want to take this off, seriously!! I think the next time I do a marble like this, I'll use China  Glaze Fairy Dust... That would look so neat against the bright colors! You have got to go try a marble like this. Right NOW!

EDIT! Here's the video... Thanks Liz!

My first shot at sponging/Galaxy Manicure

Hey ladies! Big news... MY HUSBAND IS HOME!! He was in England visiting his family (I came back without him... he stayed for another 10 days). I am so happy to have him home!!! :) AND he brought me 3 Barry M's (I didn't get to pick up any when I was there)! YAY!!

I was planning on going to the pool, but then I looked outside. Yeaaaah, so much for that. :( So I decided to play with my nails instead! My GOSH Ocean was still intact, so I decided to try something I haven't ventured into before.... Sponging! Here's what happened:

I used:
GOSH Ocean
Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure
Zoya Ibiza
China Glaze IDK
China Glaze Fairy Dust

I think it turned out ok.... I wish I had a bigger hex glitter to go ontop... similar to the size of the larger glitters in Deborah Lippman glitters. My OPI Servin' Up Sparkle will work when it comes in the mail... I ordered the set with Grape, Set, Match on eBay for a really good deal! Over all, though, I am pleased. What do you think?
